pb8.0与java VM安装问题

我在windows2003下安装pb8.0，安装完成后。进入提示
could not instantiate the WebTarget Applet Info class. This is most likely caused by not having the Microsoft Java VM installed.

After this VM is installed through the Custom install in IE,this message will not be displayed again.
我安装msjava VM总是出错，请帮忙？！！谢了
